The Islander

The interesting shape of this shawl is super easy to wear, draping beautifully over the shoulders or wrapped around your neck. Knit in your favorite heavy fingering/sport weight yarn, with stripes and a simple lace motif, the color possibilities are endless!

YARN REQUIREMENTS
(1) skein each of (CC1), (CC2), (CC3), and (CC4) in a heavy fingering/sport weight yarn

Please Note!: Gauge is not crucial to this project however, it will affect your yardage! If choosing a base with less yardage (e.g. Primo Sport) you may wish to have an extra skein of your C2 and C4 on hand. Our Plucky Cashmere samples used nearly the entire skein of C2 and C4.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Approx 57” width x 21” depth, after blocking

Size US 6 (4.0 mm) needles—or size necessary to obtain gauge
