If you are an existing customer, simply click the Plucky Perks tab in the lower left of our site. If you’re a new customer, click Join Now or the Plucky Perks tab and create an account. Once you are logged in, check back on the Plucky Perks tab for updates on your account and to keep track of your rewards. 

Every time you make a purchase through Plucky, online and/or in person at Plucky events, you earn 25 points for each $1 spent and when you’ve earned 5,000 points, you can redeem for a $5 coupon!

Points earned, either online or in person, are based on your order subtotal and do not include the purchase of gift cards, coupon discounts, digital downloads, swag, shipping costs, sales tax, or duties. However, if you are paying for your order with a gift card, you will earn points on your order subtotal.

Click on the “Plucky Perks” tab in the lower left of our site and head to the “Earn more” section. Click on “Celebrate a birthday” and enter your birthday month and day. 

15,000 points will be rewarded once a year on your birthday. Make sure you let us know at least one month in advance - otherwise, points will not be added to your account until next year. 

Did you miss the 30 day window and have a birthday in the next month? No worries! We would still love to celebrate you! Please sign up by entering your birthday and send us an email at customerservice@thepluckyknitter.com letting us know and we are happy to add the birthday surprise to your account!

The referral program is a way for you to earn rewards by referring your friends and family to The Plucky Knitter. When someone you refer signs up and makes a purchase, you'll receive a reward in the form of 20,000 points that you can redeem for discounts on future purchases and your friend or family member will receive a $20 discount toward a minimum first-time purchase of $50. 

To participate in the referral program, you'll need to create a Plucky Perks account if you don't already have one. Once you have an account, you can find your unique referral link in your account dashboard. Share this link with your friends and family, so they can use it when they place their first order.

You'll earn rewards when someone you refer orders using your referral link and makes a qualifying purchase. Once the referral is confirmed (only new customers are eligible to receive a referral discount), the reward will be credited to your Plucky Perks account.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so feel free to share your referral link with as many people as you'd like!

At the register, please provide the email address you use to log into your Plucky account. With that information we will be able to let you know how many points you have and what reward options are available. If you then choose to spend your Plucky Points at that event, a coupon will be generated and applied to your order. 

Points are earned for yarn purchases only, either online or in person, and do not include gift cards, digital downloads, swag, shipping costs, sales tax or duties. 

Points can only be earned by Program Members in connection with purchases of goods made through Plucky Knitter (whether online and/or in person at Plucky events) as set forth on this page and the Terms & Conditions page, regardless of method of payment. Plucky events shall not include products sold through independently owned entities and, accordingly, no points will be awarded to qualified customers for these purchases.

Coupons are only valid on yarn purchases. Coupons expire 6 months from the date the coupon is issued. However, Plucky Points that have not yet reached the 5,000 Point threshold do not expire! 

Get the most out of your reward! A redeemed coupon can only be used once, and please make sure your cart value of yarn equals or surpasses the value of your coupon.

Points are only awarded to registered accounts and cannot be combined from one account to another or applied for past purchases. You must be logged into your Plucky account to earn points and redeem rewards.

No other coupon or discount code is valid when redeeming reward points. Restrictions may apply. Points are only awarded to registered accounts. No purchase necessary to register.

The terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms and Conditions”, and together with any terms set forth on the Program Website, the Explainer Page and any other terms accessible through any of the foregoing, collectively the “Program Terms”) govern the Program. The Company in its sole discretion can restrict, suspend, amend, extend or otherwise alter the Program Terms at any time and without prior notice. If the Program Terms have been updated, the Company will post the new Program Terms on the Program Website and note the date that they were last updated. We encourage Members to review the Program Terms each time they use the Program.
