We love a cozy neck and it’s even better when the cozy dips down over your shoulders. Who doesn’t love a quick knit that feels like an instant hug?

Enter, the Friend to Friend Shrug by our friend Leslie Friend, and it’s shown here in a brand-new blue we’ve named Friendly because, truly, it is. Not too bright, not too muted… just a happy, welcoming blue that plays well with almost everything.

For this shrug, we used three skeins of Pippi Worsted, held double to get the bulky fabric required. One of the wonderful things about Pippi (both Worsted and Fingering) is how it adapts to different gauges. Friend to Friend is a quick and fun knit and the finished shrug is just so darn cute!
