Knittin The Blues

Knittin’ The Blues…. A Yarn Club

BLUE, oh how I love you!  It is no secret that I love all things grey and that pink always seems to creep into my personal knitting (and then a dirty/vintage yellow, perhaps an orange, a green….), but blues just make me happy. Aqua blues. Blue ribbon blue. Teal blues. Steel blue grays. Oh, and the grand daddy of the them all, navy blue.  They can be peaceful or exciting, whimsical or in your face zingy. But, never ever boring. Blue is the color of the sky and the ocean. It can stand alone or work in harmony with practically any other color in the universe. Blue simply makes me smile!

On Friday, January 17th, we will debut the Blues Club.  So that we can reach the largest number of people, we will offer TWO opportunities for signups that day.  We will go live at 12:00 noon, EST, for those who can get to a computer during the day and then again at 8:00 PM, EST time to accommodate as many time zones and schedules as possible. This first blues club offering will be available in:

  • Primo Fingering, Sport, Worsted & Aran
  • Feet
  • Traveler Sport & Aran
  • Bello Worsted
  • Sweater
  • Lace

With the Blues Club you purchase your desired quantity and base at the time of the update, and then when you receive your yarn the color is a surprise (in this case some variation of blue but beyond that it’s a surprise).  When it is decided that the Blues Club will again be offered you, would then decide if you want to purchase another installment and do so. There is no recurring payment or commitment beyond what you manually purchase each time the yarn is offered. The main thing to remember is that you will be surprised when you see it because a picture of the colorway won’t be released prior to it shipping to you.

Let’s knit the blues!
