Tulips & Yarn ~
By Sarah | March 26, 2007
Thank you to everyone for their nice comments on the new blog and our anniversary – very much appreciated. Please bear with me as I figure out WordPress, slight learning curve.
Mr. Plucky brought me these lovely tulips – nothing says Spring like tulips!
Then, we were off to Chicago. Knit 1 offered Malabrigo Chunky – I have never seen the chunky before. If it’s possible, it’s even lovelier than the worsted. Look at these colors (cactus pink, bobbi blue and lettuce)….

Then, what should show up in the mail today? This bit of squishy loveliness known as Posh – boy that Dee is good! So good, that even Sammy thinks it should be guarded. Good dog~

It’s 74 and partly sunny today – just when all this fun wool shows up… oh well, off to the stash it goes.

I absolutely LOVE the color of the tulips–it’s my favorite color of roses, too. Good taste, that Mr. Plucky has! Your new site is great and I’m sorry that I now know that there is Malabrigo chunky, because it means I must. get. some. Just not doubt about it!

Oh, I haven’t seen Malabrigo Chunky. I think I might head over to Knit 1. Hope you had a good time in Chicago. It was about 80 today

Your tulips are so lovely. What an excellent choice of colours.
Do you have favourite yarn shops in Chicago? I’ll be there again later this year, and I’d love to come away with some yummy souvenir yarn.
